Job Description Summary
Accounting-HR Clerk I

Performs a variety of duties in accordance with standard accounting, MIS, or human resources procedures, under moderate supervision and guidance. Work is subject to audit and verification.

Accounting-HR Clerk II
  1. Performs a variety of duties in accordance with standard accounting, MIS, or human resources procedures, under minimal supervision and guidance.
  2. Checks and verifies data for completeness and accuracy. Work is subject to audit and verification.
Accounting Clerk III
  1. Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.
  2. Works independently and with minimal supervision.
Accounting Manager
  1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the fiscal areas.
  2. Supervises the functions of accounts payable, cash receipts, payroll, and general accounting.
  3. Provides monthly analysis and support to the Finance Director. 
Administrative Assistant

Performs a broad range of administrative duties for the assigned Director along with providing complex clerical functions necessary to support the position.

Administrative Coordinator I

Supports functioning of Business Office by performing a broad range of clerical duties and supervises other employees who provide office support. 

Administrative Coordinator II

Supports functioning of Business Office by performing a broad range of clerical duties with minimal supervision or guidance.

Certified Addictions Counselor II

Provides services to individuals and families requiring assistance dealing with substance abuse problems, such as alcohol or drug abuse.

Certified Addictions Counselor III

Provides services to individuals and families requiring assistance dealing with substance abuse problems, such as alcohol or drug abuse.

Clinical Coordinator

Plans, directs, manages and oversees center-wide clinical activities in assigned scope of responsibility.

Community Resource Director
  1. Assists Executive Director in development and implementation of Centerwide marketing strategies.
  2. Develops and coordinates Center wide training programs.
  3. Collaborates with Management Team to identify grant opportunities & pursue such funding. 
Deputy Director

Supervises the clinical services provided by the Center to insure that: (a) programs and services provided by the Center comply fully with the standards, rules and regulations of applicable regulatory and payor agencies, (b) programs and services offered by the Center are consistent with the Center's mission and policies, and (c) direct service staff adhere to the highest standards of clinical care.

Early Childhood Specialist
  1. Plans, coordinates, and implements specialized services to children ages 0-5 through community agency consultations, training, and program development.
  2. Provides training and supervision to Centennial clinical staff in the area of early childhood issues.
Emergency Response Specialist

Responds to emergency and crisis calls from clients, families, law enforcement and other agencies as the primary responder when scheduled on on-call rotation or when available as needed.

Executive Assistant

Assists Executive Director in executing and implementing policies, procedures and actions of the Board of Directors to ensure accomplishment of the Center's mission.

Executive Assistant II

Assists Executive Director in executing and implementing policies, procedures and actions of the Board of Directors to ensure accomplishment of the Center's mission.

Executive Director

Responsible for carrying out the Center's mission, as set by the Board of Directors, with overall accountability for the Center's clinical, financial and administrative activities.

Finance Director
  1. Plans, directs, manages and oversees the activities and operations of the Finance Department, including budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  2. Coordinates assigned activities with other Center divisions and outside agencies. Has high level responsibilities in the complex administrative support to the Executive Director.
  3. Coordinates with Deputy Director and County Directors for creating and administering the Center budget, administration of grants, and other financial matters.
Human Resources Specialist
  1. Maintains and manages employee-related administrative processes and procedures including recruiting, records management, salary administration, benefits, orientation, and continuing education.
  2. Maintains and expands the Center's provider status with managed care companies. Works independently and with minimal supervision. 
Information Technology Director
  1. Plans, directs, manages and oversees the technology needs of the Management Information System (MIS); coordinates assigned activities with other Center divisions and outside agencies.
  2. Identifies the Center's technology requirements, determines and implements optimal solutions to meet those requirements.
  3. Acts with minimal supervision and oversight by the Executive Director, with emphasis on consultative and collegial interface.
Interagency Oversight Group (IOG) Coordinator

Plans, develops and implements program strategies for Interagency Oversight Group (IOG) that provides wrap around services to youth and their families.

Maintenance Worker I

Provides for proper maintenance and janitorial services for buildings, automobiles, and grounds of Center facilities under the direct supervision of County Director.

Maintenance Worker II

Provides maintenance and janitorial services for buildings, automobiles, and grounds of Center facilities, under minimal supervision and guidance.

Medical Director

Monitors Center services to assure adherence to Center standards for clinical practice as specified in the Center's Quality Improvement Plan and is directly responsible for all of the Center's medical services.

Mental Health Professional I

Provides direct mental health clinical treatment to a variety of individuals which may include children/adolescents, adults and geriatric.

Mental Health Professional II

Provides direct mental health clinical treatment to a variety of individuals which may include children/adolescents, adults and geriatric.

Mental Health Professional III

Provides direct mental health clinical treatment to a variety of individuals which may include children/adolescents, adults and geriatric.

Mental Health Professional I (SB94 Care Coordinator)

Provides community based services to delinquent youth.  Acts as a central point for delinquent youth, their parent and supervising court.  Functions under the supervision of the 13th Judicial District Juvenile Services Planning Committee and Coordinator.

Mental Health Worker Aide

Provides a variety of services that include a continuum of high to low intensity services designed to improve or maintain a client's abilities to function in the community.

Serves as medical support to staff and psychiatrists, coordinating care and monitoring client medications.

Nurse Practitioner

Provides comprehensive psychiatric nursing services and medication assessments; prescribes medications for clients as designated by Medical Director.

Nurse - RN

Serves as medical support to staff and psychiatrists, coordinating care and monitoring client medications.

Office Assistant I

  3. Designs and implements training formats to address ongoing clinical needs of staff and community agencies.
Phy.D/Psy.D./Ed.D. - Unlicensed
  1. Responsible for conducting psychological and related evaluations center-wide.
  2. Coordinates assigned cases with Staff Psychologist. Provides clinical consultations to staff and community agencies regarding psychological assessment issues.
Regional Operations Manager I
  1. Functions as manager of designated region. Assists Regional Operations Director in planning, directing, managing and overseeing administrative activities in assigned location.
  2. Performs some basic administrative duties for staff within the specific region such as leave requests, time sheets, training and scheduling.
Regional Operations Director

Plans, directs, manages and oversees all Center activities in assigned geographic location.

Staff Psychologist
  1. Responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and performing psychological evaluations center-wide and reporting in regard to referrals.
  2. Provides clinical consultations to staff and community agencies regarding psychological assessment issues.
  3. Designs and implements training formats to address ongoing clinical needs of staff and community agencies.
Transcriptionist I
  1. Supports functioning of local office and overall Center by performing transcription for medical doctors, psychologists, clinicians and other staff or consultants in need of this service.
  2. Performs general office and clerical duties required to support functions of the assigned location(s).
Transcriptionist II
  1. Supports functioning of local office and overall Center by performing transcription for medical doctors, psychologists, clinicians and other staff or consultants in need of this service.
  2. Performs general office and clerical duties required to support functions of the assigned location(s).
