Yuma County is located in the northeast corner of Colorado. The population of Yuma County is approximately 9, 670 people. The county seat is Wray, CO which is located just 17 miles from the Nebraska border. Centennial is fortunate enough to have two offices in Yuma County - one in the city of Yuma (population approximately 3,000 people) and one in the city of Wray (population is approximately 2,000). People from all over the county travel to these two sites to receive mental health and substance use disorder services.

We offer therapeutic services, as well as educational and preventative information and presentations in our communities. Our staff regularly partners with DSS, schools, probation offices and a variety of other community organizations to ensure that our clients are getting the best treatment possible to meet their needs. We help our clients get services however possible - whether it's through Medicaid, Medicare, DSS funding, private insurance, CHP+, or self-pay on a sliding fee scale.
